Well, kind of. Coach George Khosi is the real star; I’m part of the ensemble. And it’s not a full-length movie, it’s a trailer. Still, not too shabby.
Fiver, who took photos at the Hillbrow Boxing Club last week, also took video footage. She put together a one-and-a-half-minute film about our boxing workout.
I’m biased, but I think the trailer is pretty fantastic.

I look forward to the release of a full-length feature.
Excellent.
Fantastic is an understatement. Great stuff!
Fiver will appreciate the compliment!
Nice
Thanks Jerome. Your comment went to spam for some reason! I just rescued it.
Heather, you rock!!!
Thanks Ingrid. So do Fiver and George.
This is AWESOME!!! You rock Heather!
Thanks Nicole!
Wow. I’m blown away, Heather. You are awesome!
Hugs,
Kathy
Thanks Kathy. I’m so glad Fiver took this footage. Sometimes video really does tell a story that photographs can’t.
That totally kicks A$$!!
I know, right? The black-and-white makes us look even more kick-ass than we really are.
Looking good!
Haha, thanks. As I said in another comment, this footage is very flattering 🙂
So cool!! You and the blog are really inspiring me today… now I need to find time to create videos as well. Do you think Fiver would share some tips, such as the equipment used and editing program? 🙂
Hi Rebecca, so nice to see you back here this morning. I hope you’re doing well. Fiver is an experienced film-maker, but for this particular shoot she was using only a small point-and-shoot camera, not sure which one. And (correct me if I’m wrong Fiver, if you’re reading this), I’m pretty sure she did all the editing on her iPad! Fiver is a whiz with Mac products. Let me know if you want more details and I’ll try to hook up the two of you via email.
