The COVID-19 lockdown in South Africa started today. Only one day living in isolation and life has already been quite eventful.

Today is Day 0: Lockdown begins at midnight tonight. I spent most of today running around but now all of South Africa is inside for the next 21 days.

It's day -1 of my Joburg COVID-19 Lockdown Journal. I'm less freaked out today than I was yesterday.

A few thoughts about what life is like in Joburg during the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and couple of ideas on how to stay afloat.
